Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstance, including buyer’s remorse, postal delays, or customs issues.
Our commitment is to deliver your order in perfect condition. Each shipment is carefully packed using protective materials and handled by trusted shipping partners. Despite this, damage or loss may occasionally occur due to courier handling.
For certain international orders, import duties are already included in the final price. In these cases, no additional customs fees will be required upon delivery.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives seriously damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- clear photos and/or a short video showing the damage
- a photo of the external packaging
- your order number
When proper evidence is provided, we will send a free replacement, subject to stock availability.
Please note: we do not offer replacements for orders shipped to Nigeria, Pakistan, and South Africa due to a high incidence of lost packages.
Lost Packages
A package is considered delivered when the official tracking status confirms delivery.
We cannot refund or replace orders marked as “delivered,” even if the recipient reports non-receipt.
For added security, we recommend selecting Signature on Delivery when available.
Extreme Events
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, armed conflict, or customs disruptions in high-risk regions.
