Return and Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our online store.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence, including rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, non-conforming, or undelivered goods.
1. Change of Mind Returns
EU and UK Customers
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days.
Returned items must be in their original condition and must not have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning. If an item has been used, damaged, or handled beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may reduce the refund accordingly, where permitted by law.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer is responsible for the safe return of the goods until they reach us.
When a valid withdrawal is exercised, we will refund the payments received for the returned goods, including the standard outbound shipping cost originally paid, where required by law. We are not required to refund any additional cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive shipping method than the least expensive standard delivery option offered at checkout.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.
Customers Outside the EU and UK
For customers outside the European Union and the United Kingdom, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, unless required by applicable law.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, non-conforming, or not delivered, please contact us and we will handle the issue in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Digital Products
Digital products, downloadable files, PDFs, STL files, and other digital content are generally not eligible for return once access or download has begun, where permitted by applicable law.
For EU and UK consumers, the right of withdrawal for digital content may be lost once the supply of the digital content has begun, provided that you have given your express consent to immediate access or download and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal.
If a digital file is defective, inaccessible, corrupted, incomplete, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us and we will review the issue.
3. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Items
Our commitment is to deliver your order in good condition. Each shipment is carefully packed using protective materials and handled by trusted shipping partners. Despite this, damage or loss may occasionally occur during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after delivery, where reasonably possible.
Please include:
- your order number;
- clear photos and/or a short video showing the issue;
- a photo of the external packaging;
- a photo of the shipping label, if available.
Once we have reviewed the evidence, we will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, missing item shipment, repair where applicable, refund, or another suitable solution.
If a replacement is offered, it will be subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we will offer another appropriate remedy.
4. Lost Packages and Non-Delivery
A package is generally considered delivered when the official tracking status confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask you to check with household members, neighbors, building reception, local postal services, or the courier before a claim can be opened.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
For added security, we recommend selecting Signature on Delivery when available.
If a package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, or if the circumstances indicate that the order has not been delivered, we will review the case and offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law and the shipping method used.
5. Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, and other local charges may apply depending on the destination country.
Where import duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout, no additional customs fees should be required upon delivery for those charges.
Where import duties and taxes are not included at checkout, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges required by the destination country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, inspections, local authorities, or the customer's failure to pay required import charges.
If an order is refused, abandoned, or returned to us because the customer did not pay customs duties, import taxes, or local charges, we may deduct from any refund the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs charges, handling fees, and any other non-recoverable costs, where permitted by law.
6. High-Risk Shipping Destinations
Some destinations may be affected by a higher incidence of lost packages, severe delays, customs disruptions, or delivery restrictions.
For orders shipped to high-risk destinations, remedies may depend on the available shipping method, tracking information, carrier confirmation, local delivery conditions, and applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund orders before shipment when reliable delivery cannot be reasonably ensured.
7. Extreme Events
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, armed conflict, strikes, carrier disruptions, customs disruptions, government actions, public emergencies, or severe disruptions in high-risk regions.
If such an event affects your order, we will review the situation and act in accordance with applicable law.
