We create tabletop roleplaying games, publish graphic novels and illustrated books, and produce original indie titles—both in print and digital. Everything we sell is imagined, designed, and crafted by us.
Our products are mainly in English, but many are also available in Italian. Each language version is listed as a separate product, so you’ll always see which language you're buying directly on the product title and cover.

Digital files (PDF) are sold separately. Physical editions don’t include a digital version unless clearly stated on the product page.
Yes, you can check out as a guest — no account needed.
- Physical items: contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will do our best to change or cancel it.
- Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or handed to a fulfillment partner or carrier, we may no longer be able to change or cancel it.
- Digital items: digital orders are usually processed instantly. Once access or download has begun, they cannot usually be changed, cancelled, or refunded, except where required by applicable law.
- If your order has already shipped, you may still have return or withdrawal rights depending on your location. For more details, please see our Return and Refund Policy.
No, out-of-stock items can’t be ordered — but feel free to contact us to ask if and when they'll be available again.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your location, the weight, and size of the items in your cart. Just add what you need and proceed to checkout — you’ll see the exact shipping fee before completing your order.

Delivery times depend on your location, the selected shipping method, and where your order is fulfilled from.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are generally:
- Italy: 2-6 business days
- EU countries: 3-7 business days
- United States, Canada, Australia, and other international destinations: usually 3-14 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method
Some products, especially English-language physical editions, may be fulfilled directly from the United States through our logistics partner. Other orders may be shipped from Italy.
All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier workload, holidays, local delivery conditions, remote-area delivery, or events beyond our control.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is shipped.
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide.
International orders may be fulfilled from Italy, the United States, or another fulfillment location, depending on the product, stock availability, destination country, and shipping method selected at checkout.
English-language physical products are often shipped directly from the United States through our logistics partner, Studio 2 Publishing.
For some orders fulfilled from the United States, import duties and taxes may be included in the final price shown at checkout. When duties and taxes are included at checkout, no additional customs duties or import taxes should normally be required upon delivery for those charges.
Orders shipped from Italy to destinations outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other local charges, depending on the destination country. Where these charges are not included at checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility.
All standard physical shipments are tracked where tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Yes.
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking link.
Tracking is available for all shipments, regardless of whether the order is fulfilled from Italy or from the United States.
If your order is delayed, damaged, missing, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- photos of the packaging and product, if the item arrived damaged
- any relevant information from the carrier or local delivery service
For damaged items, please keep the product, packaging, shipping label, and protective materials until the issue has been reviewed. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, missing item shipment, refund, or another suitable remedy, depending on the situation and applicable law.
For lost packages, we will review the tracking information and, where possible, open an investigation with the carrier. If the carrier confirms that the package was lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us promptly. We may ask you to check with household members, neighbors, building reception, local postal services, or the carrier before a claim can be reviewed.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout, except where required by applicable law.

Shipping costs depend on where your order is fulfilled from and your location.
For many international orders, especially English physical products, fulfillment happens directly from the United States. This allows us to significantly reduce shipping costs compared to shipping everything from Italy.
In these cases, import duties and taxes are already included in the price, so you won’t face unexpected fees upon delivery.
For other products shipped from Italy, we use reliable premium carriers to ensure safe and trackable delivery. Cheaper alternatives often result in lost packages, delays, or poor support, which creates more problems for both us and our customers.
Shipping rates also reflect real operational costs such as packaging materials, carrier surcharges, and payment processing fees. We absorb a portion of these costs to keep rates as fair as possible.
We aim to balance reliability, transparency, and cost, ensuring your order arrives safely without hidden charges.
Delivery options depend on your location and the product you are purchasing.
Orders fulfilled from the United States are shipped via FedEx or, in some cases, USPS, both with full tracking.
Orders shipped from Italy are handled by DHL Express for international deliveries and Poste Italiane for domestic shipments.
Where available, carriers may offer additional delivery options such as rescheduling, redirecting the shipment, or choosing a pickup point. Availability depends on the destination and the specific carrier handling the shipment.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), as well as PayPal, Shop Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely.
Yes — all payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems. Our store is hosted on Shopify, a platform that meets the highest industry standards for online payment security (PCI compliant). We use trusted providers like PayPal, Shopify Payments, and major credit card networks. Your information is always protected.
No, we don’t offer cash on delivery. All orders must be paid online at checkout using one of the available secure payment methods.
Yes — you’ll automatically receive an order confirmation with a detailed invoice by email right after checkout.
If you're ordering from outside the European Union — including the United States — customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
That said, we mainly sell books, which are often exempt from customs duties in many countries, including the US. Most international orders are delivered without additional charges, especially when shipped via national postal services.
However, recent changes to trade regulations — such as the partial removal of the “de minimis” exemption in the US — may lead to occasional customs inspections or fees, even for lower-value packages. These cases are rare, but possible.
Unfortunately, we have no control over how each country applies import rules.

It depends on where you are located.
- EU and UK customers: if you are a consumer, you may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, subject to legal exceptions. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming.
- Customers outside the EU and UK: we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind unless required by applicable law.
