We ship worldwide using trusted carriers to ensure reliable and trackable deliveries. Orders may be fulfilled either from Italy or from the United States, depending on the product and availability.

International orders (English physical products) are typically fulfilled from the United States through our logistics partner, https://studio2publishing.com/.
Shipments are handled primarily via FedEx, and in some cases USPS, with full tracking provided.
For these orders, import duties and taxes are included in the final price. No additional fees will be required upon delivery.
Other international orders are shipped from Italy via DHL Express, offering fast, secure delivery and full support for customs procedures. DHL manages all required documentation and communicates directly with customs authorities if needed.
Domestic orders within Italy are shipped with Poste Italiane.

EU countries: 3–7 business days
All other destinations: 3–9 business days

🔍 Tracking & Delivery
All shipments are tracked. A tracking link is sent by email once the order is dispatched.
Carriers may offer additional delivery options, including rescheduling, address changes, or delivery to a local pickup point, depending on the service used.
DHL does not deliver to PO Boxes or incomplete addresses. If delivery to a PO Box or similar address is required, contact us in advance via https://mycatportal.com/pages/contact.
If delivery cannot be completed and no instructions are provided within 14 days, the shipment may be returned to the sender or, in rare cases, disposed of. Any additional costs for return shipping, storage, or re-delivery may be charged to the customer.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
💸 Customs & Import Duties
For orders fulfilled from the United States, all import duties and taxes are included in the final price.
For orders shipped from Italy to destinations outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
